PSILORITIS

The Dance Club of Chania “Psiloritis” was founded in 1984 based in Chania, Crete, although it had started its operation in 1980 on the initiative of Master Costas Boutzoukas, who had the joy and passion to serve traditional dance with authenticity. and faithfulness. The purpose of the Group is to save and promote the traditional dances of Crete and the rest of Greece, Cretan music and radical songs.

The Group has a children's, adolescent band as well as large (female - male) bands that dance the Cretan dances, representative dances from the rest of Greece, as well as folk dances.

Dance classes are taught daily at the Group to a large number of students aged 5 - 60 years.
