PEZAROU MARIA

Pezarou Maria was born and raised in Corfu. She graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of the Supreme Technological Institute of Crete. She completed her internship at P.G.N. Thessaloniki A.X.E.P.A., where she gained significant experience, in normal and clinical situations of individuals.
In the context of her dissertation, she dealt with the investigation of the Nutritional Consequences of Greek Families in the context of the Economic Crisis in Corfu and Crete. The postgraduate course was initially the Higher Education Diploma (HND) in Counseling and Psychology which is a unique combination of knowledge in the science of Psychology and the skills in the art of Counseling. This was followed by the specialization in Sports Nutrition for Maximizing Performance, with the attendance of the specific seminar which is held under the auspices of the “International Community of Sports Nutrition” ISSN of the USA.
She then began her postgraduate studies at the Department of Medicine at the University of Thessaly, on "Nutrition in Health and Disease", in order to obtain the title of Master of Science (MSc).
